Departing from the body, expanding from the point of restriction, through breath, I bring movement to the body.

Movement as transformation, transformation as a protest.

Through breath, I reclaim space.

Breath as a tool for cultivating presence.

Presence as freedom, leading to a space of otherness.

The dance emerges as a byproduct of being present.

The whole will take care of itself.
